Online Safety

At Horizons College we believe that learning about staying safe online is very important. We make sure all our learners are aware of some of the risks to safety that are online and what to do to stay safe. Every learner, parent and or carer will sign our acceptable use of ICT and Internet form to make sure they understand how to use the equipment and stay safe online.

Safer Internet Day

Horizons College takes part in Safer Internet Day each year.  It’s celebrated across the globe, with thousands of young people joining in across the UK to explore how they can use the internet responsibly, respectfully, critically and creatively. We continue the work from Safer Internet Day throughout the year.
