Transitions
Our Transitions Team focuses on transitioning young people into the college, through their educational pathway and then onto their next stage once it is time for them to leave us.
We work with young people’s current educational establishments to share information and organise transitions visits, to familiarise individuals with their new environment. However if your young person is not currently in education, we will work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition into college life.
All of our learners have to have a current Educational Health and Care Plan (EHCP) in order to be eligible for a place.
Our Transitions Team also organises and provides support in our Annual Reviews, which are an essential part of every young person’s education.
