Work Placements Wanted
Do you work in a business that could help provide work experience or opportunities for our students?
We are always looking for local businesses want to become involved in inspiring our learners. Workplace experience is so important for creating opportunities for our learners to develop and prove their skills and abilities. Many of our learners are looking to gain paid or voluntary employment when they leave us and the experiences you provide can help them on their chosen career path. Within our current cohort, we have learners working in retail environments where they have been using tills, dressing windows, replenishing shelves, rotating and reducing stock, pricing items and dealing with customer enquiries. Other students are working in a variety of settings, including warehouse work, food preparation, housekeeping, recycling, café work, lighting maintenance and repair and packaging and assembly.
